All artworks available at Olivia Fiber Art are handmade, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind pieces.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, a damage report must be filed with the courier at the time of delivery or immediately upon receipt of the package.
We may request photos of the packaging, the damaged item, and the official courier damage report.
Once the damage is verified as shipping-related, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Claims without an official courier damage report will not be accepted.
